Return Policy Terms & Conditions

Every product we manufacture and deliver to you is designed to assure quality and the best possible result. But, if you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return it or cancel your order, here's what you should know.

To cancel an order-

  • If a customer changes their mind and wishes to cancel their order, they can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. They will receive their money back within three business days.
  • If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, the product can be returned and the customer will receive the same product, but no money will be refunded.
  • If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, it will be treated as a return, and the customer will be responsible for the return charge.

To return a product-

  • A product’s return is only accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • A product is only eligible for return if it has a manufacturing defect.
  • If a customer purchases the wrong product, receives it and wishes to return it, they must do so within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, the product can only be returned.
  • Under the return policy, the customer will get the same product, but not the refund.
  • If an order is dispatched but the consumer declines delivery, the order will be considered cancelled. In this case, the customer's money will be refunded once the product is returned to us and found intact and undamaged. The customer, however, will be responsible for the return fee.
  • When returning a product, the customer will be responsible for the product's shipping and return expenses.
  • After 10 days of delivery, the product cannot be returned or refunded but it can be replaced with a similar product.

A product is not eligible for return

  • A custom order cannot be cancelled or returned, and the custom-ordered product comes with no comfort guarantee.
  • A damaged, stained, or filthy product cannot be returned and cannot be covered under warranty. Using a mattress protector is highly recommended.
  • Products that are not in their original condition and packaging, or show any sign of damage, are not eligible for return.
  • The following items are not returnable: bed frames, headboards, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers.
